" Hi, my name is Lillian with Salon de Scottsdale and on behalf of expertvillage.com I’m here to show you one of the final steps, what you need to do in completing your home French manicure. As you can see I completely finished the procedure and I’m really, really happy with the way they came out. It took about maybe 45 minutes from start to finish and I’ve allowed the drying time. And so now after the drying time has occurred I’m ready to clean up my mess. I’m going to empty my soapy water which is now cold and run maybe some warm water in the bowl and spray alcohol on it to sanitize it. I’m also going to get all my implements that I’ve used, run them under soapy water and also soak them in alcohol or wipe them down with alcohol to sanitize them properly. I’ve tightly tighten all my caps on my polishes and I will store them. As you could see very little polishes have been used, so you could do many, many French manicures with a bottle this size. Now the brush that I used to clean the tips is kind of stiff right now because it has polish on it. So what I do with that is I just roll it around in the cap of nail polish remover solvent and get that coloring the white coloring off and I just wipe it on my old paper towel that I used and I too will run this with warm soapy water and spray it down with alcohol as well. My emery board and nail buffer is also reusable cause you could see the white nail is kind of on that board. So what I’m going to do is you could actually run this under water and spray it with alcohol and it could also be reused. So most everything except for the old cotton that you removed the polish with, you just dispose of that and the old cotton from the bowl where you sanitized with alcohol, that’s really not reusable so we just throw that away. Put everything in a well ventilated area, make sure all the caps are tight and they’ll be stored for the next time that you need them."
