"Hi! I am Lillian with Salon Scottsdale, and on behalf of Expert Village.com, I am here to show you the final results. Project complete: hair is done, no more grey roots. I love the color; the color is all one color now—without the grey, without the white. Very important thing I want to talk to you though, about, is the after care. You should always shampoo your hair, after you have a fresh color especially, with a color care shampoo, followed by a color care conditioner. Again there are a lot of products out there; just make sure that the shampoo and the conditioner say color care protective, or color care shampoo and color care conditioner ready. Also, it is wise to use a color care leave-in conditioner, which also just keeps the hair color bright for weeks to come. Every once in a while, maybe once a month, it is wise to use a deep conditioner. This would be again a lot of products out there. You could choose a conditioner; usually it just says deep conditioner for damaged or colored hair. And the best way to use that is to shampoo, condition your hair, and then use the deep conditioner after you have towel dried your hair. Apply, depending on the length of your hair, an amount that totally coats your hair; and a really good thing to do is to wrap a plastic bag over your head for about 30 minutes, while the deep conditioner is on your head. Do your housework, vacuum, just sit around, read a magazine; just leave that conditioner on for about 30 minutes, then take the bag off, rinse your hair, towel dry it and you’re ready to style."
