Rinsing Shampoo for Hair Color Retouches

"Hi! I am Lillian with Salon Scottsdale, and on behalf of Expert Village.com, I am here to show you how to properly shampoo and condition your hair after the timing is completed with your hair color. As you can see, I have moved into my kitchen. I prefer to rinse my hair in the kitchen and shampoo it here, because I have an attachment with the sprayer on it, and it makes it easier for me to get it thoroughly rinsed. It is really, really important to throughly rinse your hair before you shampoo, and then give yourself two may be even three shampoos. After you’ve done that, then you add the conditioner to it. And like I said before, you have to do, it is really important to use a color care shampoo and a color care conditioner. So I will start doing that right now, and then I will show you the results in just a few minutes."
