Top Coat: How To Do A Home Manicure

" I’m Lillian with Expert Village and I have completed applying the nail polish and the decals on the both pinkie nails. Now, you could apply a decal which ever fingernail you want to put it on. I just prefer having them on the pinkie nails. I’m ready to apply the top coat. This is a sealer which you could buy so many different types of top coats. This one I prefer that says chip free. There’s some top coats up there that say chip free, which help maintain your polish on a little bit longer. I’m just going to apply the top coat on each fingernail. I am also going to apply the top coat twice on the decal nails; where I put the decals on. You just apply it from the base to the tip like so and continue on the rest of your nails."
