" I’m Lillian with expertvillage.com, and as you could see, I’ve completed applying the nail coloring to my nails. I’ve chosen a mauve color, of course you could choose any color you want. I’ve allowed them to dry for approximately 5 minutes before picking up my tweezer to get the decal from the cardboard. This is the tricky part and this kind of requires a little bit of practice. As carefully and as slowly as you can with a lot of patience, you just pick up the nail decal off the cardboard and you place it approximately where you want it to lay on your fingernail. You gently press it down with the tweezer and hold it down for a few seconds so it could just stick on there. Your nail is mostly dried but somewhat a little bit moist so that could lay on there. The decal also has a little sticky on the back of it because it was on the cardboard and it came with the sticky behind it. After I’ve applied the decal, I’m going to carefully put the tweezer down and I’m going to apply a top coat to all my fingernails. I’m putting two coats of top coat on the decal to make sure it’s secured on that nail."
