"So next thing we're going to do is apply a little bit of under eye brightener to her under eye area and to the brow bones. Under eye brightener is not a concealer. It's a really soft flesh tone liquid. If you look up. Basically just kind of blends in with the skin, but it'll diffuse any darkness and gives a nice bright uplifted look to the eye area. So we're just going to apply that to the inner corner along the lower lash line, and then right up under the brow, on the brow bone. So it gives a really nice bright uplifted look to the eye, and a nice dewy look as well. So again, we're just applying it to the inner corner along the lower lash line and then across the brow bone. Just a little bit more there for that brow bone. So it gives a nice bright uplifted look to the eye area, and it will diffuse any darkness as well. So that's how you will want to apply an under eye brightener to the inner corners of the eye and the brow bones."
