How to Line Eyes with Blue Eyeshadow

"I'm Kelli on behalf of Expert Village. I'm going to show you some tips and techniques that I use to create a platinum holiday look. Now that we have her eye shadow on and we have our brow bone highlighted, we're going to line her eyes with the blue shadow that we foiled in with the platinum. I'm going to use skinny liner brush. I'm actually going to apply this shadow wet. I'm just going to wet my brush, mix it in with a little bit of my shadow, and I'm going to line her eyes with it. You can see it makes the shadow a little more vibrant. It makes it go on so it'll be more of a define look. It's also going to keep it on a lot better. If we wanted more of a soft and smoky look, we can apply our shadow as a line dry, but we want more of a defined look for this particular platinum look so we're going to apply it wet. Again, we're just wetting it, getting it right up next to the lashes, and brushing across the lash line. We're going to do just a little bit right under the lower lashes as well. That's lining the eyes with the blue shadow."
