"So the next thing we're going to do with this eye look is take a flesh toned shadow and I'm going to use my all over blending brush. And I'm going to apply this right over the top of the liner that we just did from lash to brow. So this will soften the harshness of the liner a little bit and also blend it in. But it still leaves that really nice thick precise line. It gives a really nice smooth; this is a matte shadow so it doesn't have any shine or anything like that. So it gives a really nice smooth surface to the eye area. So it blends it in really well with the rest of the skin. So you can see it just gives like a really nice polished look, blends in that eye liner a little bit better. It's a really nice matte polished finish to the eye area. So that's how you would want to apply a flesh toned eye shadow from lash to brow as the start of this look."
