Applying Makeup Foundation

"So the next thing we're going to do, now that we've primed her skin with our foundation primer, is we're going to apply a lightweight liquid foundation. So, I'm just going to make sure we have the right color. So I'm just going to do a stripe, from cheek to jaw, just kind of blend it in. And make sure that we have no line of demarcation along the jaw line. So the color blends in really well with her skin. So I'm going to apply this with my foundation brush. Just use light strokes to get some really great coverage, and I like to use a brush. I feel like it gives much better coverage, it's a much more natural look. You don't use as much product as you do, say you were using a sponge or something like that. Sponges absorb a lot of the product. You can get much better coverage from using a brush as well. So you can see it just blends everything in really nice and smooth, gives her great coverage, and makes her makeup look really natural. That's how you would want to apply your foundation."
