" Hi! I’m Kerri Hernandez I’m here today on expertvillage.com, here at Cynergy Dance Studio where you can find us at www.cynergydance.com, I’m here to talk to you today about hair braiding different types, do's and don’ts and the ways to do that. Now we’re starting with a nice tight ponytail and what we’re going to do is we’re going to do a braid reverse. We’re going to take the three strands again separate them and what you’re going to do instead of going over bale you are going to go under, so I’m going to take my left strand go over the middle, take the right strand and go under the middle strand, you’re going to continue to do that all the way through the braid. You’re going to keep going from the side cross it from under the middle and from the left side cross it under the middle, the right side is going to go under the middle. The more you do it the more memory your hands will have so you don’t have to think about it and you’re just going to keep going right under the middle, left under the middle, right under the middle, left under the middle. Let’s say you have a strand that falls out and you miss it, let’s just say we forgot that piece there, so we’re going to forget it and then we’re going to realize it after we get to the next piece, grab it with the next piece of hair that goes under and you can make it look like it’s already in there so you fixed your mistake. You can stop the braid here, you can go all the way to the end it’s your choice and just attach it with an elastic rubber band and the correct way to take the rubber band off is to pull one little piece of it without pulling the hair, it takes a second to find that sometimes just cutting the rubber band off if fine too if you don’t mind wasting it, pull the hair through, take the rubber band around, pull the hair through and let off without hurting your beautiful model. Okay and a good way to take the braid out is to start at the bottom, put your fingers through the braid, pull it through."
