"Hi, I'm Kerul Kassel and on behalf of Expert Village in this segment we are talking about holding on tight. Developing persistence. Persistence is often the difference between achieving goals and flare. How do we develop persistence we are used for instance gravitation. You are not that used to a long journey, often those long journey fill like slogs we can turn them into amazing journeys. By fueling them by inspiration like we talked about in the last segment. Often things takes longer than expect them to, be aware of that when you are first creating your goal. Your goals are not written in stone, be flexible, often if you are pursuing something that really matters to you it is worth it if it takes a little extra time. How do you know when to cut the cord versus how to persist? Well if you are pursuing a goal and it is starting to feel like or it has been feeling for a while like this goal is really not an alignment with what your values are and what you want for your life. Take a closer look it may be time to cut the cord. In most cases though if you have aligned your goals with your values it could be that you are getting discourage because it is taking longer than you expected to. In that case simply understand that persistence is just a tool to get you where you want to go. If you find yourself become discouraged just take a short break, come back, and keep going. "
