"Hello I'm Kerul Kassel and on behalf of Expert Village this segment we are going to talk about when best made plans go array in the face of Murphy's law. So Murphy's Law effects us everyday if something crops up that gets in the way of our plans, something happens that is a obstacle, we have these kind of things everyday and we get frustrated it by them. But getting frustrated by them and going into a motional meltdown about how it is blocking our progress or how we are blaming it for not letting it do what we want is just a waste of time. Of course if you want to have your own pity party you are entitle to but don't stay there for long. If you want to achieve your goals. So there is a lot of road for the same rejector just like we talked in the first segment we have task and goals and objectives and if the way of perusing those objectives by those task and those goals are not working for you change the task, change the goal. There are many ways to that same objective. When you find yourself going into a emotional downward spiral about how things aren't working out. You are entitle to do that, it is something that you're used to doing but it is not very productive way of accomplishing goals. So when you find yourself going to that downward spiral and to that task bin say to yourself look what I'm doing is this where I want to be. You don't have to do that instead you might take a look at what is perfect about this situation. No perfect is in completely ideal but perfect is in this is happening and how can I use it, why is it good, is there some reason that this is good, is there something that I'm learning, is there some lesson in there for me, is there some gift in it for me. What/how can I use this to my own advantage and by doing that you are actually taking a step on how you are going to make this work using looking forward. So what next step is possible that is what you want to focus rather than is not possible for you at the moment, you want to take a look what is possible right now and then use that to move forward."
