"Hi, my name is Kimberly Mann, on behalf of expertvillage.com. In this segment, we are going to talk about a cool down, and what I mean by a cool down is there is a beginning, there is the middle and then there is the end of the massage. And what I mean by that is the beginning is where we start and do the long applying of the lotion or the oil. And then the middle is the massage; that is where we do the whole hour working on you. And then the cool down is where most therapists will do whatever they do as an individual therapist. Most people will kind of just soothe over the areas and then just kind of do a balance mode, more of a thing like this. Or they will just do something like this, just to ease the body, of kind of thanking it, thanking the energy, thanking the person for allowing them to work on them. So therapist keep in mind that a lot of clients do not like this. Some do and some do not. And also, you really want to make sure that you kind of end it in a way that is compromiseable to the client, that appreciates it or your way of ending your massage. And please keep in mind guys, to my fellow therapists out there and anyone who is just starting, you guys go and get an adjustment. It is very important that you maintain your own body as well and if you do not have a chiropractor, I suggest that you go to All Ages Chiropractor referred by me, Kimberly Mann, his name Doctor Michael Blum. He is located at 10449 Magnolia Boulevard in North Hollywood. "
