"Hi, my name is Kimberly Mann, on behalf of expertvillage.com. In this segment, we are going to talk about 30 minutes, 60 minutes and 90 minutes for people. When you go for a 30-minute session, you kind of – it is a 30 minute, so you have to keep in mind that it is a 30 minute session; and you really want to have the area focused on is mainly your back from here to the glute area. And when you have that done in a 30-minute session, that is the best thing. Just make sure you ask the therapist if they do a medium pressure. But depending on the place that you go, you want to ask them if the therapist does medium pressure; I am telling you this because some places or some salons, for the 30 minutes, they give you a Swedish, and some places will charge you for Deep Tissue. Now 60 minutes is the full body, that would be from the head to the feet area, and that is within an hour and that will give you the time to enjoy. 90 minutes will be an hour and a half, so that is also good, but I do not recommend that for women who are pregnant. Please keep that in mind; women if you are pregnant, it does not matter how many months you are starting at 4 to your 9th month. I do not suggest that. That is not very healthy and it is not safe for you, so please stick with an hour, hour massage that is good enough. So when you do all of those sessions, just make sure that within the hour the therapist asks you, depending on the session that you want, they will ask you the area that you really need to be focused on. And in any of those areas, most commonly it is usually the back from the top to the lower, so when you do do that depending on what kind of massage you want Swedish, Deep Tissue. Just make sure that you know what you want; if you do not, kind of explain to the therapist the areas that are kind of hurting you, and they will help you out. "
