"My suggestion for gray coverage is to definitely have it professionally done. Twenty five percent gray is one of those things that you can get a high light low light situation and what that is is you would go into your salon professional or a vada institute if you choose. You would go in and ask them what highlight would be best. A highlight lowlight can come in three forms. It can be a twelve pack which is just twelve foils at the top of the head. It could also be a partial foil or a full foil. What the highlight lowlight is going to do is it is going to blend your gray. So someone that has 25% which is not that much the highlight lowlight is definitely going to blend that so it would be lower maintenance for you which would mean lower costs. You could come in every six to eight weeks versus every four weeks which would obviously cost more."
