"Now we're going to do an off the shoulder neckline. Think 'Scarlet O'Hara', just kidding, getting a little loopy. The off the shoulder neckline is kind of like the strapless dress. You think, oh that's pretty much done. What could I do with that? But again, limitless, endless possibilities. You can have, like this one, the swoop off the shoulders, which is right off the shoulders. Or say, you want to have it dip way down, and then you're going to create a drape. You can have, of course, you would obviously not be naked on the top, you would have something there. Or maybe, whatever floats your boat. But say you want to swoop it down and catch it at the elbow and then have some drape and do a gather and it's like an off the shoulder wrap, you could do that. You could flip it to where you have the off the shoulder neckline in the front and then build it high neck in the back. Again, just look at it and make yourself, with every design, every neckline that I'm showing you, go home, we play at home, draw it, and then think of three different ways, it's your assignment, think of three different ways that you could do it and you could render it. And I promise you that those three different ways will build into six, will build into nine, and you will be having ideas so fast that you can't get them out onto the paper and you're going to be hooked."
