"Now, we're going to do a drawstring neckline. And, it basically think of a peasant blouse as your just generic focus of it. You're going to have a band. And, then your fabric underneath is going to be gathered or it can be pleated. I like the pleats. I think that looks better. And, of course it would obviously go all the way down. It's not like a clown collar. But and then here in your band you're going have the string sewn in. And, of course remember to leave extra when you're actually sewing it. You will tie it. You'll cinch it like a hood, like a sweatshirt hood. Cinch it and then you draw your bow. And, another variation of this flip it upside down. You could have this be the hemline of a dress. It doesn't have to be a drawstring neckline. It could be anything."
