"And our neck band is, if we measure it, it?s one inch. So, what we're going to do is make one inch. So we going to put, our ruler should be, either one inch or two inches, when you line that line up on the center of the ruler and measure one inch and then this will be our front. We're only going to have one seam and that will be at the back. So we going to fold it in half again, what was the measurement? Our measurement was seven, seven inches. So let's just double check it, sometimes it?s about double checking, and it?s seven inches. So I'm going to go ahead and make a mark, measure seven inches down. So now I have a rectangle and the first, I put an F here, and this is going to be our front, we know that, that is going to be doubled. And we are going to need a seam allowance at the other end. I'm going to use that one half inch seam allowance for this entire thing. Maybe you use 5/8's, maybe you like that better, but I use 4/8's, so 4/8's is what we're going to do for this. So I'm going to go ahead and use 4/8's and line it up on my ruler and put it on just the bottom and the end because these other two are going to be folds. And then, we're going to go and add seam allowances to the rest of our patterns and add details, notes. So that will be our next step."
