"In this clip we're going to talk about the reasons why you should exfoliate your skin. Sometimes you want to figure out what the concerns are. For me, my skin is dry and I want to avoid looking like I have fine lines so I use a scrub to keep my skin looking hydrated and young. Lizzie, is there a different reason why you might scrub your skin? Lizzie: I think for the anti-aging. Kate: So, so she doesn't want to look old. She scrubs her skin to get all those dead skin cells off. When dead skin cells accumulate on the skin, the texture is rougher. The skin is dull, having a more gray tone. You want to get rid of all that so your youth and radiance can shine through. So you're going to want to exfoliate with a scrub about three times a week to achieve those results and then afterwards, you have to remember the SPF that I applied earlier and that's every day. Even if you're in the city, even if it's winter or uh, I don't know, , even if it's dark out wear it. You never know."
