"In this clip I'm going to talk to you about how to maintain the results of your body wrap at home. One of my favorite things in the entire world is this cactus bristle body brush. And we use it very gently, upward motions, always toward the heart. Because we want to follow the lymphatic system. And at home, you just want to go very gently. As you can see, I'm not bending the bristles, I'm not applying a lot of pressure. This is the best thing to prevent cellulite, also to get your body moving, to energize yourself in the morning. Definitely use it before your shower. Wonderful. Excellent if followed by aromatherapy oil at home. In the treatment, we apply aromatherapy oils to the products that we use to wrap you. And there's no reason why you can't give yourself and aromatherapy treatment at home. Whether it's inhaling or the actual application to your skin, you're going to get the benefits. And also, from the smoothness standpoint, you really want a great body hydrator, one that contains shea butter or coco butter, but also, something with olive products is excellent for anti-aging and soothing sensitive skin. So, you want to make sure it's a nice, rich cream. I love that one. "
