"In this clip I've already put the shower cap back on Lizzy's head, and I'm going to unwrap her. She's been stewing for about 20 minutes, and she's totally detoxified. How do you feel? Good. Are you warm or are you comfortable? Very warm. OK, good. So, we're just going to remove our blanket. She's sweated out all of her toxins. She's slim and toned, but she still has all her seaweed gel on her, so we have to rinse her. So, what we're going to do is we're just going to warm up our Vichy shower. A Vichy shower is a shower used in a spa. It stimulates all the chakra points on the body. It's very soothing and relaxing. It just feels like being underneath a rain fall. You just want to make sure that the temperature is OK for your client. I think this feels alright."
