"In this clip we're going to talk about why a salt glow body treatment is great before self tanning. What it does is it removes the top layer of dead dry skin cells. Oftentimes when we do a self tanning application, we notice that we're streaky and not so beautiful. What we're using here is San Tropez. This is one of the finest self tanning products on the market. And, we can customize it for our clients by mixing with a bit of lotion. So, since we've exfoliated her skin we're not going to have any streakiness or any uneven tone. I'm just going to apply it with effleurage motions and, because it's tinted, we're allowed to see where we've applied it so no mistakes. But, because her skin is so soft from the salt glow treatment, it's really going to absorb the self tanner and give an even glow to her skin. Really important, at home, to exfoliate like we mentioned before with the buffing cloth or the scrubs before you try to do this at home. Because, otherwise, you're going to come out with the results that are not ideal and definitely not spa worthy. So, we're going to get ready for a nice even tan. "
