"In this clip we're going to talk about another of exfoliating your skin at home and it's using a buffing cloth. This is my favorite product in the entire world. It comes from Japan and it's a highly abrasive cloth. It's long and thin so it's easy to get behind your back, scrub. What you're just going to do, you're going to apply your body wash, and just move back and forth. This is the best thing, because it is so thin, it's made of nylon. It's not prone to getting any sort of bacteria growth in it, it dries very quickly, and it feels so good, right Liz? "If feels great." This originated in Japan and came over to the states, and they're really inexpensive, they're usually about six to fifteen dollars depending on where you buy them. You can get it at an Asian market or you can get it in a super nice spa. We're just going to use back and forth motions. And, and length of it makes it a lot easier to use because you don't have to reach too far, you can just kind of swing it over and go to town."
