"In this clip we're going to talk about how to maintain the results from your salt flow treatment at home. It's actually really easy to maintain your results and keep your skin smooth all year long at home, if you just follow some easy instructions. I don't know if Lizzy likes a salt of a sugar better. "I like the sugar." You like the sugar. There's options Payot Cassonade is a great option to use at home. It's a brown sugar scrub and it also uses minerals. So it's great for sensitive skin. Minerals are naturally anti-inflammatory and it will calm the skin. Also, we have another brown sugar scrub with Manuka honey by Om. This is great for very dry skin. Manuka honey really soothes the skin and adds a lot more moisture. So this is really going o be great if you're actually a more mature client. If you're somebody that suffers from body acne, or 'backne' as we call it, sometimes. You're going to want to use something a little more abrasive and it's with a corncob meal. This is from Dermalogica exfoliating body scrub, it's very detoxifying."
