"In this clip we're going to talk about the benefits for your inner health as opposed to just be a cosmetic reasons for having this treatment. A lot of people think that having a salt glow treatment is just to scrub the skin and make it smooth. However, it's really great for your entire body system. What it does is remove the first layer of skin. It's really important as we age to exfoliate and a lot of people skip this treatment at home. As we age, our skin turns over at a slower rate and it really needs a helping hand to get all those dead skin cells off. So, as we exfoliate the skin, we're able to put the vital nutrients that our skin needs into the body. Whether that's in the form of lavender, such as in a dead sea scrub. Or, if we're going to do a brown sugar, we can also put citrus. Citrus is very uplifting to the mind, body, and soul. Whereas, lavender is a more soothing treatment. If you're having any sort of sleep issues, it can really help you just conk out. As you can see, it works."
