"Aloha! I'm Lady K. I'm here on behalf of Expert Village and I'm here to talk to you about some basic modeling. Looking at the second headshot now you can see a lot of problems in it now that I have cleared out what's good about the first one. First of all, I'm not in the full frame, it's actually cutting me off at the top. It's very important to make sure that you are completely inside the frame. The lighting is a lot harsher without the soft lights. You get a lot of shadows behind you especially with the white backdrop. The hair is falling over to the side too much which gives you the illusion of having either fuller or flatter hair on one side or the other. The smile is not as natural. It's more cheesy and played off. You want a nice natural smile showing all your teeth. "
