" Hi! My name is Kathy and we’re at My Lords and Ladies in Stratford, Ontario on behalf of expertvillage.com we’re going to talk about jewelry. In this segment let’s take jewelry in a little more casual mode, we deal a lot with fancy things all the time but it doesn’t have to fancy to make a statement. Right here we have a simple necklace and earring set it’s a little bit bobbley that gives a nice causal feel as well, it’s not sparkly this can go with any sweater set, an open V-neckline, it’ll blend into a lot of different mode because there’s not a true color in there it will go with just about any color that you want to use as a backdrop. Another way to go casual is to have whatever you have on leave it the way it is, simply put a scarf around your neck, crisscross it and then layer a necklace over top of it, so now you have this fun casual look you can just have a little sweater over top of that, bring the scarf around to the back of your neck doesn’t really matter how it is but you’re using the scarf as the backdrop for maybe a bigger statement of a necklace, again without so much sparkle attached to it. We have a nice burgundy top here open necklines are good because you can close it in at the top or bring them down, this one has some beads, a little bit of clear, some ribbon in it, tends to be that when you use a chunkier necklace it does give a little more casual feel. That looked great but now we can turn around and put something a little edgier on here, we’re going to put a little bit of pink against our burgundy, some heavy silver chain a different look altogether but again a little on the casual side, so we don’t want edge. We’re going to something a function that we need a little bit of a class to but again not rhinestones so let’s put a little silver, something that has a little bit of glitz to it without going over the top, again same top gives it a little bit different look but not into splashy. Very simple way to give a nice causal look especially if you’re traveling is one silver chain there’s many different pieces you can put onto it, they loop through the chain they’re not permanently attached at that point I could put black on here, I could take just a piece of amber raw amber, drop it on there green is a great way to pull color into it, so anybody that has just a simple chain just embellish it many times over it’ll take you traveling, it’ll take you to the office, it doesn’t matter where you go your jewelry goes with you."
