"Hi! My name is Kathy and we are at My Lords and Ladies. On behalf of expertvillage.com, we are going to talk about purses today. In this little segment, we are going to talk about special needs. Sometimes we dress a little more theatrically and sometimes a little bit edgier. For example, the dress that is behind us has a very historic look to it. With this dress we would not want to put a standard evening bag. We are definitely going to choose a reticule. A reticule is a little different than a purse. Generally it hangs longer. It can go over the wrist and it has a historical feel to it. This would be one example. They can be very elaborate; to me the more elaborate the better but that is my own personal preference. This one will go with it as well just because we have the black bag down but then it has a little bit more jazz in the beads that contrast with it. Either one of those bags could go with just about anything. The second option is to do a soft bag like this one. They are nice because you can fit quite a lot into them. They carry a little bit of space inside more than they look like but again they have that very historical feel but one thing to remember with the bag like this is that it is soft. Whatever you put inside it is not well protected. You do not want to sit on this. The glasses will crush so think about those kinds of things when you are choosing your next evening bag as well. "
