"Hi, I'm Kelli on behalf of Expert Village I'm going to show you the tips to perfect lips today. We are now going to apply some lip liner to her. So, we're using a real neutral shade that we chose. So, we're going to start with putting two lines right on the Cupid's bow of her lip and we're going to put one right along the lower lip line. Then we are basically going to kind of connect the dots. You don't want a real harsh defined lip line so I like to fill in the entire lip with the lip liner. It also gives your lipstick a little something to hold on to so it will stay on better for you. Also too, if your lipstick does wear off throughout the day, you won't have that ring around the lip left from the lip liner. You can also use lip liner if for instance you had a slight unbalancedness with your lip. So for instance she has just a little bit off here. So we're just going to fill it in a little bit to make it balance the other side. You never want to over draw too much because then you kind of end up looking like a clown. But you can definitely use lip liner to balance out your lip and give you that perfect look."
