"Hi, I'm Kelli on behalf of Expert Village I'm going to show you the tips to perfect lips today. Next thing we're going to do is we are going to use a line filler just to fill in any lips around the lip line that lipstick or lip gloss could settle into. This will help prevent bleeding of the lipstick. Obviously she doesn't have too many lines around there but this is simply just a cosmetic agent. You just want to pat it on where ever you have deeper lines or wrinkles and it will smooth out the area. Help to soften and relax the appearance of that fine line or wrinkle. So, you could actually use this anywhere on the face but we are just putting it around the lip line for now just to prevent any bleeding of the lipstick. This is primarily a silicone based product, just helps to fill in any fine lines or wrinkles on the face and smooth out the appearance."
