Tips for Healthy Lips

"Hi, I'm Kelli on behalf of Expert Village I'm going to show you the tips to perfect lips today. Next thing we're going to do is we're going to treat her lips. There's a lot of different kinds of treatment you can use out there. I suggest getting one, if you're going to wear it under lipstick, to get one that's really nice and lightweight that's going to penetrate easily into the lip. Nothing that is too thick or too greasy because that's going to sit heavy on top of the lip and that's going to interfere with your lipstick. This particular treatment is just a really lightweight, almost a lotioney feel and it is going to hydrate the lip. It's going to smooth out any lines that are on the lip. It also gently plumps the lip without any irritation and helps to define the lip line. So when you apply this you just want to pat it into the lip area. That will allow for easier absorption and you want to give it about a minute to penetrate before you follow up with any lipstick or lip liner or anything like that."
