"Hi I am Kelli and on behalf of Expert Village I am talking to you about concealing acne today. At the end of the day before you go to bed you want to make sure that you are removing makeup and cleansing the face. Use either a cream or a gel based makeup remover and get all the dirt, debris, and oil off of the skin. This allows the skin to breath. It allows oxygen in and out of the pores which can lead to less clogging and your face actually faces so many toxins and free radicles during the day, as soon as you step outside, pollutants from the environment, UV damage and that type of thing is basically settling on your skin. Your makeup does help ward some of that off during the day as well as your skin care line but you want to make sure that you are cleansing your face before you go to bed. Otherwise, those toxins basically sit on the skin, eat away at your cells and that can lead to premature aging, fine lines and wrinkles, sagginess, and all that good stuff that we want to avoid. You also want to make sure, especially with more acneic skin, that you are just keeping your face really nice and clean and keeping your pores clean because when you are at rest your skin is at rest. That is the skin's time to repair itself and with a lot of makeup, dirt, and oil on the face that hinders the skins ability to repair so in order for your skin to have its best face forward during the day you want to make sure that you are giving your skin adequate time that it needs to rest and repair."
