How to Apply Glowing Powder to Makeup

"Hi I'm Kelly on behalf of Expert Village. I'm going to be showing you makeup trends for this fall season. We're going to be applying a pearlized powder over the entire face over the sheer wash of color we just applied to her cheeks. She does already have foundation on. So we're just going to use a pearlized powder which is going to set the foundation and give her a really nice sheer wash of luminescence. The look for heading into the fall season is really nice flawless glowy skin, which is going to give her almost a healthy glow from within. It's not really anything with a lot of glitter, but it's just going to enhance her pretty complexion and give her a healthy glow. I'm using a powder brush for this. It's a natural bristle powder brush. This is a really finely milled powder. You can really put a lot on without having to worry about caking. As you can see it's just a really nice natural luminescence. It gives her a really nice healthy glow to the skin."
