"Hi! I'm Kelli. On behalf of Expert Village, I'm going to show you tips to a basic daytime makeup look. Now we're going to apply a little bit of an under eye brightener just to neutralize any darkness, brighten up the eye area. If we did to drop any shadow under there or any mascara, this will kind of cover that up. Look up for me. I'm just going to put a little bit in the inner corner and along the lower lash line. Close for me. A little bit under the brow. We'll lift the brow area. I like to do this step after I've already completed the eye shadow and the mascara because if I did drop anything, I like to be able to neutralize that. If I did it before hand, I wouldn't want to go back and have to put more on. You want to try to minimize the amount of product that she used under the eye area as much as you possibly can. That is one area where makeup and products will have a tendency to cake. Look up for me one more time. That just gives her a nice brightness. It'll neutralize any dark circles. It has a lot of light reflective properties to it, so it'll catch the light and lift and brighten the eye area. It'll give her a nice bright eyes appearance."
