"I'm Kelli on behalf of Expert Village I'm going to show you how to choose a red lipstick. Now if you wanted to tone down the color of your red lipstick a little bit you could apply a gloss over top. So, we are going to do just a really nice sheer wash of red on top. Kind of give it a little bit more shine, give a little more depth to the lip, also just lighten up the appearance of her lipstick a little bit. If you were a little self conscious about stepping out in a brighter shade. That just gives the lips a really nice shine and a little bit more depth."
