How to Apply Red Lip Liner

"I'm Kelli on behalf of Expert Village and I'm going to show you how to choose a red lipstick. So now we are going to define her lip with some lip liner. I'm just going to use a really nice neutral color. Something that's going to match really well with her lip line. We're going to start in the bow of her lip. Instead of drawing a really defined line around the lip we're just going to fill in the whole entire lip with the lip liner. That way if our lipstick does wear off throughout the day we won't have a nice ring around the lips. And also too, you can wear this color of lip liner with anything and it won't look unnatural at all. Because you always want to try to match your lipstick to your lip liner. And since we are doing a red lipstick today, red tends kind of scare people a little bit. So if you use a really nice neutral liner it won't, it will kind of tone down the red a little bit so you won't have to worry about it being too bright or too vibrant on the lips."
