"I'm Kelli on behalf of Expert Village and I'm going to show you how to use eyeliner to define your eyes. I'm going to show you a technique you can do to apply if you have a smaller eye that is going to make your eye appear much larger. So, again, I'm going to use my cream liner on my skinny angled liner brush, make sure I don't get too much. I'm going to start on the outer corner. I'm going to do just a really, really skinny line, just get right in there in the lashes, just so there is a little bit of definition. I'm going to thicken it a little bit on the outer corner and lift it a little bit and then when I do the lower lashes I'm only going to do just a tiny bit on the outer corner just so she has a little bit of definition. Now, she does not have small eyes but for somebody who did have a smaller eye you would never want to line all the way around. That is going to close off the appearance of the eye, it's going to make it look a lot smaller than it is. And, somebody who does have a smaller eye you really want to open up and brighten up that eye. So you, just by doing a really thin line on the upper lid and just a little bit of accent on the outer corner with a slight lift is going to really open up and accentuate the eye."
