"I'm Kelli on behalf of Expert Village I'm going to show you how to use eyeliner to define your eyes. I'm going to show you another technique you can use when applying a powder or cake liner. I'm going to apply it wet. So again, I'm going to use my angled brush and I'm just going to spray it with a little bit of water, get it a little wet and just take a kleenex, kind of dry it off a little bit so it's not sopping. And we're going to take our shadow liner and we're going to dip our brush in there, tap off any excess. So, we're just going to start at the outer corner and apply it in short feathery strokes working our way in. You can see this just applies the liner a little more vibrant so it actually ends up looking a little more like a liquid liner would look. This is really nice for evening wear or if you're wanting a more dramatic look. Just shows up a little bit darker. I'm just going to re-wet our brush a little bit, do the lower lashes. Put a little bit more of the shadow on our brush. Look up for me. I'm going to start at the outer corner and going to do a side to side motion underneath. You can see it just gives a little bit more color on the eye, gives a little more definition. It's a little bit more dramatic than applying the cake liner dry."
