How to Use Primer with Eyeliner

"I'm Kelli on behalf of Expert Village I'm going to show you how to use eyeliner to define your eyes. So, the first thing we do before we apply any eyeliner is we're going to apply a shadow primer to the eye area. This will help your liner go on a lot smoother, it will also keep it on better for you throughout the day. And, we're actually going to put, if you will look up for me, we're actually going to put a little bit underneath the eye as well. This will keep your liner from running throughout the day and keep it from getting that racoon look as the day goes on. Primer will kind of work as a magnet for you, it will hold that eyeshadow in place, keep your eyeliner inplace and it will keep it from running. "
