"I'm Kelli, on behalf of Expert Village I'm going to show you how to use eyeliner to define your eyes. There are many different types of eyeliner that you can use. Pencil is probably the most popular form of eyeliner. This comes in a couple different types. You can get it either a kohl pencil like this one is or some come with a smooth or like a retractable pencil that you can twist up. It's a smoother tip. They are almost crayon like. You can also use either a cake liner or actually any eyeshadow as liner. A couple of different brushes that you can apply this with. You can use either a really thin angled liner brush, thicker angled liner brush or you can use a liner brush that is straight across like this. So you can apply a shadow liner either wet or dry. If you put it on wet it will look a little more vibrant, a little bit darker. Some companies even have, it's a liquid liner that's clear and you can dip it into any shadow and you can use that to draw it on. There's also cream or gel liners, like this, that come in many different colors and again you can use either your angled skinny liner brush, your fatter angled liner brush, or your flat liner brush with those. And then there's a liquid liner that you can use. Liquid liner usually is for more of a dramatic look. It has a little bit of a darker consistency to it and you can get a tip with either a brush or a felt tip applicator."
