"Hi, I am Kelli on behalf of Expert Village. I am going to teach you how to properly care for your skin today. At this point after we have cleansed her skin, we've toned her skin, and we've exfoliated her skin, we want to apply a treatment product. So based on whatever main concern you have pinpointed for yourself, that will be at this point where you would want to apply your treatment product. We are applying for her a serum that is going to calm the skin. It's going to calm down any redness. It has a lot of anti-inflammatory ingredients. Your treatments are usually serums. Serums are formulated with much smaller molecules so they are able to penetrate a lot further and a lot deeper into the skin so that you will get a lot more benefits out of these products. They also have a lot higher concentration of active ingredients in them. So you are getting a higher speed delivery system into the skin and you are also getting more quantity of active treatment ingredients. "
