"Now that the eyeliner on the top is on, we're going to do a little bit of eyeliner on the bottom. We don't want to focus too much on the bottom of the eye. This is not a smoky dramatic look, but just a little bit of eyeliner on the bottom. That same satin taupe color that we were using as eyeliner and for the crease. I'm just going to use it a little bit dry. I'm just going to right underneath the eye just a tiny bit. Just to kind of accentuate the eyelashes under the eye and just to even out what we did on the top so that everything is not on the top of the eye. Just very minimal. I'm just going to use a clean brush and just kind of smoke it out. You don't want it to be a harsh hard line. You just want it to look really naturally and neutral. In the inside corner of the eye, we're going to do a highlight. I always like highlighting this inside corner of the eye because it just makes the look bigger. With this look, it's nice to have a little shimmer in there as well. I'm using a kind of champagne shimmer color, the same color I used as the base and highlight. I'm just going into the inside corner of the eye. Just like that. That's just going to give a nice highlight and just really make her eyes pop. Again like I said earlier, you want it to go from light to dark. You want it all to blend in together, so light, getting deeper, deeper, deeper, to the deepest. That's just really going to give your eye that cat's eye look and just make them look huge and beautiful. Now we're ready to start the eyelashes."
