Adding Eye Base Makeup for a Jessica Simpson Look

"Okay so now that the skin is done we are going to start with the eyes which is the fun part. So we are going to start out with a very natural eye shadow base. It's like a champaigny neutral vanilla color with iridescence to it. We definitely want something that has a bit of a glimmer or shimmer so to speak and you can't mess this up. You just want to put this with a nice big brush all over the eyelid, underneath the brow. Just all over the place. And you can put as much or as little as you want depending on how dramatic you want to go. I'm kind of piling it on cause it is such a neutral color and I really want to see it. So I definitely need to pile it on a little more. I am also taking this color and I am going to go underneath the eye. Look up for me. Anything you do on top I want to do just a little bit on the bottom just so that it is even and everything isn't on top of the eye. Look up for me. It just gives a nice glow all around the eye and you definitely also want to make sure you do more under the brow than anything else cause we are going to put on a lid color and you want to see that accentuation on the brow. So you want to put a little more or apply it a little heavier underneath the brow and just make sure you blend it really really really well so it looks nice and smooth. Look up for me again. And underneath the eye. And you see such an nice glow from one eye compared to the other. "
