"Now we're going to do the eyeliner. This is also something that you need to be really patient with. You can use pencil or you can use liquid. I'm going to use a liquid. Because her crease is so dramatic and dark, I want something that's really going to stand out and sine we're doing that more cat's eye, I'm going to use a liquid liner. You can use the brush that comes with the liquid liner, or you can use any brush, any brush that you like. An angle brush. I'm going to use my angle brush because I just like the way it goes on rather than the felt tip, but that's all personal preference. With liquid liner, you have to be very careful. You have to work with it really quickly because it will dry quickly. You want to start out by doing the cat's eye. Wing it out and then go right into the eye, as close to the eye lashes as you can possibly get. Again, like I said, you want to be patient, but you have to work with liquid than you would work with a pencil. It dries easily. I'm also going to take a little bit of this underneath the eye. Look up for me. I also want a really dramatic look underneath the eyes as well. Be very careful. I'm also going to buff this out before it dries. There we go. There's our eyeliner."
