"Now we're moving on to the foundation. This is a very light foundation look. Not a cakey skin looking. Very sun kissed and just natural and fresh. We're just going to do a really sheer tinted moisturizer. I'm just going to apply that all over the skin very lightly. I'm going to also use it as a concealer. Lizzie's got great skin and she doesn't need a ton of foundation on. The look is more about the pretty colors you use, rather than how much foundation is on your skin. Look up for me. This is kind of like a beach girl look. Very, very pretty, young, and funky. Nothing too dramatic when it comes to anything dark or too heavy. It's just like a pretty fun California look. This is a look that you can wear rollerblading or look that you can wear out on the town. Once you have it all blended it in evenly, make sure you don't forget the neck. You don't want to see any lines. You want everything to be blended in really smoothly. You can also put it on top of the eyelids as a little bit of a base just to get the color out of your eyelids and just all over. Once the foundation is on, you just want to take a little bit of powder and just dust that on top. That's just going to smooth out the skin tone. Make everything look nice and even, get rid of any excess oil. You don't want to put too much powder on the eye area. Just a little bit. Powder tends to get creasy and cakey under the eyes. You don't want to put too much powder. Just a light coat of powder. Just so that it's a natural look."
