"Now that the face is done, we're going to move onto the eyes, which is the fun part and the most important part. I'm going to use a base called vanilla. It's again, a matte neutral kind of creamy eye shadow. We don't want to use anything with iridescence. You want it to look very, very neutral. You just want to take all the color out of the lid and make it look like a nice creamy, creamy shade. All over. Again, depending on your skin tone depends on how much you need to put on. Her skin tone is pretty light, so I really don’t need to use very much. MAC colors tend to go on with a little more pigment, so just be careful. You don't want to put too much on. You don't want to look chalky. You just want to blend it out. Blend it out just to get that nice creamy color and to take all the imperfection out of the eyelid if you notice the difference between the two. It's like working on a brand new white piece of paper. I also like going underneath the eye a little bit just to take the color underneath the eye. We're going to around the whole eye with this shade. We have a whole brand new pallet to work with right there."
