Applying Blush for a Carmen Electra Makeup Look

"Now that we've done the bronzer, we're going to move onto some blush. Even though you have that sun kissed glow, you still want kind of that pink cheek. It just finishes off the look. I'm using a neutral pink blush and I'm just going to put it on the apples of her cheek. Just a little bit. A little bit goes a long way. Just to kind of finish it off. Give that cheekbone look. We don't want it too matte because the look is very fun and nighttime. I'm going to use a little bit of a shimmer powder. A very neutral pink shimmer powder, and I'm going to go right on top just to highlight her cheekbones. You can also take the shimmer powder down the chest and the neck. It's completely up to you. If you have an open shirt. A little bit on the bridge of the nose, on the forehead, wherever you want to highlight. That should be where the shimmer powder goes. It makes it an amazing difference. Her skin is like glowing now that we've put that shimmer powder on. It's a great, great tool to just kind of liven any makeup look up to put a little bit of a highlighter or shimmer. Be careful if your skin is oily. You might want to avoid your T-zone if your skin's oily. If not, it's neutral, so really put it anywhere that you want to see a highlight."
