"Now that the skin is done, we're going to start on the eyes. We're going to use kind of a vanilla colored base. I'm using this color right here. It's a matte color. Again, you don't want to use anything too shimmery or glittery, or glittery at all. You want to stay away from anything like that. Anything matte. Anything really neutral, vanilla, cream color, or something really pale. You can use a ton of this. You can't mess this up. Right onto the lid. All over the lid. All over underneath the eyebrow. all over. Again, what I do on top I always like to take on the to the bottom, so I’m going to just smooth that onto the bottom too. That's just going to give a nice smooth look the eye. You can add as much as you want really. For the base, you kind of want to add a little bit more. Just smooth everything out. It helps your eye shadow to go on nicer. It just takes the color out of your lid. It's like drawing on a white piece of paper, versus a brown a white piece of paper. It just shows up a lot nicer when you have a nice base underneath. Again, right up into the brow. Right from the eyelashes up to the brow. You really can't mess it up. You just want to put it all over the entire lid. Again, I'm taking it underneath. Now we can start with our lid color."
