"Today I'm going to show you how I can curl my hair in ringlets. So, I start off with a piece, about an inch to two inches wide, give it a nice brush, spray it, brush it again. And start from the top, and curl my way to the bottom. Letting go a little bit at a time, and then I hold it for about fifteen to twenty seconds. Just holding it. One thing that I have found that I do while I curl my hair to be more efficient is I do some lunges sometimes, that way it helps me to count the seconds that I'm curling and it passes the time and I'm being more productive so...
