"So, now we have the final hem marked at five inches away from the original hem. And now I'm going to show you how to mark the cuff itself and if we look at this, and just kind of put it back the way it was, we can mark measure this, the cuff, the size that it was before and its one and a quarter and that's standard. I mean, very rarely, sometimes you'll have one and a half or one and three quarters but usually most cuffs are one and a quarter inch. So, as you can see, this is the original hem, this is the top of the cuff, this is the bottom of the cuff. And if you just go over here, you can see its two and a half inches. And then one and a quarter inch. So, what I need to do. I'll just start over hereput my ruler right up to two and a half then mark one and a quarter down at the bottom. And do that all the way around on both legs. Did I do that, oh, sometimes, you got to make sure that you do that right. I made mistakes like that all the time. I just like to double check. One and a quarter, then at the bottom and its really good just to make sure that you do each leg individually. Some people like to lay them on top of each other. Then just run one chalk seam all the way around, but I like to lay them out so I can see exactly what's going on. And I'm not going to run a seam along these because they're going to show. And I'd rather just keep this one, that will be on the inside. So, here we go again. Two and a half right under the new hem line right here. Then one forth and at the bottom again. And the idea's that these will just fold up just like this and we'll try to make that hem look exactly like the original hem. There we go. This is going to be real easy and in the next clip, we're going to talk about how we finish the bottom. And we don't have to make it look like that we're going to do it a lot easier and simplier than that. So, I'll show you how to mark the final hem at the bottom that turns under in the next clip."
